Aims

• meet with one another in their shared mission of leadership for Kildare Ministries
• build an understanding of leadership in a Kildare Ministries context
• dialogue with experienced school leaders about the skills and attributes of effective leaders
• through reflection and discussion discern goals for individual leadership development

 
Content
Participants will have an opportunity to explore how being a leader in a Kildare Ministries school brings expression to the vision, mission and values statement, providing a particular framework for their leadership.  They will be further invited to consider how the mission of their particular ministries informs how they approach their leadership tasks.
