Induction seminars invite participants:
Staff new to Kildare Ministries explore how the Vision, Mission & Values underpins all facets of ministry life. New leaders reflect upon the call to mission leadership within the particular context of a Catholic school. New Board & Stewardship Council members, in addition to the above, learn specifically about governance roles including the difference between civil and canon responsibilities. Each participant is encouraged to reflect upon their own personal contribution to the mission of Kildare Ministries through their particular role.

- To place Jesus at the centre of all that is done in the name of Kildare Ministries
- To develop an appreciation of how the founding stories inspire the work of Kildare Ministries today
- To discern how our mission informs our particular roles.
