Governance of Kildare MinistriesKildare Ministries exercises authority in respect to the ministries according to the provisions of Canon Law. In the exercise of this authority Kildare Ministries applies the principles of subsidiarity and the common good. The civil authority is exercised by the companies of the ministries, which are governed by the appointed Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, together with the Principal of the school or the Manager of the community work, is responsible for the management of the Company.
The Trustees of Kildare Ministries, appointed by the Members Council, are responsible for protecting and assuring fidelity to mission and preserving property for the purpose of the ministries. The following diagram clearly outlines the current structure of Kildare Ministries.
