Welcome to Andrew Carman and Rhonda O’Connor as Trustees of Kildare Ministries

Kildare Ministries is delighted to welcome Andrew Carman and Rhonda O’Connor, who were formally commissioned as Trustees of Kildare Ministries in May, marking the commencement of their ministry in this important governance role.

As Trustees, Andrew and Rhonda join the Trustees in their responsibility as the Canonical Stewards of the ministries of Kildare Ministries. Their complementary expertise in governance, finance, mission and ministry will strengthen the stewardship of Kildare Ministries as it continues to respond with courage, justice and hope to the needs of our communities.

Andrew Carman

Andrew is Chief Financial Officer of the Catholic Development Fund and brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, governance and strategic management across the private and public sectors. A Fellow Certified Practising Accountant and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Andrew also serves on a number of boards and has a longstanding connection to the Presentation Sisters through his family.

Rhonda O’Connor

Rhonda is Director of Mission Integration at St John of God Health Care and brings extensive experience in mission, ministry and pastoral leadership. With qualifications in Theology, Ministry Leadership and Pastoral Care, Rhonda has devoted her career to advancing Catholic mission through leadership, formation and service, including work in social outreach, refugee support and faith formation.

We warmly welcome Andrew and Rhonda and thank them for their generous commitment to this important ministry of leadership and stewardship.
