Policy, Risk and Assurance Manager (Full-time, 3 year contract)
Kildare Ministries is seeking a highly capable and values-driven Policy, Risk and Assurance Manager to play a key leadership role in strengthening governance, risk and assurance practices across our ministries.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Policy, Risk and Assurance Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Trustees and Kildare Education Ministries Board through:
- Leading enterprise risk management and resilience strategies
- Strengthening governance, compliance and assurance frameworks
- Supporting Board and Committee processes with high-quality advice and reporting
- Building a proactive, consistent risk culture across ministries
The role works across both Kildare Ministries and Kildare Education Ministries, partnering closely with senior leaders, Boards and risk coordinators to ensure effective, aligned and contemporary practices.
